Effective Date: May 17, 2026 · Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Organizer Agreement (the Agreement) governs your access to and use of Liventix's organizer-facing features, including event creation, ticket sales, attendee management, and payout disbursement. By upgrading to an Organizer account, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict, this Agreement prevails with respect to organizer obligations.
1. Eligibility
To become an organizer you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have a valid, verified email address and an active Liventix account.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account before accepting this Agreement.
Complete PayPal business account verification before receiving payouts for paid ticket tiers. Events with paid tiers will not be purchasable by attendees until your PayPal account is verified.
Comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where your events take place, including any required business licences, event permits, or insurance.
2. Event Accuracy and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
The accuracy of all event details — date, time, location, description, and ticket pricing.
Notifying attendees promptly of any changes, postponements, or cancellations.
Delivering the event as described. Material misrepresentation may result in mandatory refunds and account suspension.
Ensuring your event complies with applicable venue rules, local ordinances, and safety regulations.
3. Ticket Sales and Fees
When you sell tickets through Liventix:
Liventix charges a flat $1.00 platform fee per ticket, paid by the buyer. You receive 100% of the ticket face value you set. PayPal payment processing fees are also charged separately to the buyer and are not deducted from your payout. These rates may change with 30 days' notice.
Free RSVP events incur no platform fee.
Proceeds from ticket sales are subject to a mandatory 48-hour post-event hold following the event end time. After this hold elapses, eligible funds are automatically disbursed via Liventix's nightly PayPal payout batch. A further 90-day reserve is held on a portion of proceeds after the event to cover any refund or chargeback obligations that may arise.
Liventix operates a payout tier system (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on your account's credit score, which is calculated from your sales history, dispute rates, and account tenure. Your tier determines access to advanced payout features. All new organizers start at Bronze. Silver tier and above unlocks the ability to request early release of pre-event proceeds before the 48-hour hold expires.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your ticket revenue in your jurisdiction. Liventix does not collect or remit sales tax on your behalf unless required to do so by law.
4. Refunds
You must review and respond to refund requests from attendees within 5 business days. Additionally:
If your event is cancelled, all attendees are entitled to a full refund. Liventix may issue refunds on your behalf and recover the amounts from your held balance or future payouts.
If you enable auto-approve on your refund policy, refund requests meeting the platform's safety criteria will be processed automatically.
Liventix reserves the right to issue refunds directly in cases of event cancellation, non-delivery, or material misrepresentation, and to recover those amounts from your account.
Are illegal, fraudulent, or promote hate, violence, or discrimination.
Involve the unlicensed sale of alcohol, controlled substances, or firearms.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Are deceptive — including events where the stated artist, speaker, or performer will not appear.
6. Account Security
As an organizer, you handle funds and attendee data. You must maintain two-factor authentication at all times. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact security@liventix.tech immediately.
7. Suspension and Termination
Liventix may suspend or terminate your organizer access if you:
Repeatedly violate this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or Community Guidelines.
Fail to respond to attendee refund requests within the required period.
Receive an unusually high volume of disputes or chargebacks.
Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent events.
On termination, any legitimate payout balance will be released after any outstanding refund and dispute obligations are settled (typically within 90 days). Funds subject to chargeback risk may be held longer per PayPal's requirements.
8. Sponsorship Packages
As an Operator you may publish sponsorship packages through the Liventix sponsorship marketplace. By creating a package and accepting a sponsorship deal, you agree to the following:
Fee structure. Liventix charges a 10% platform fee on each sponsorship transaction. This fee is borne by the Sponsor on top of your package price. You receive 100% of the package price you set; no deduction is made from your payout for the platform fee.
Escrow. Sponsorship funds are held in escrow by Liventix via PayPal until you have delivered all agreed benefits and the Sponsor has confirmed delivery (or 7 days elapse without a response). Funds are not released to you until this condition is met.
Delivery obligation. You must deliver all benefits listed in the sponsorship package and submit proof of delivery (photos, screenshots, or links) within 14 days of your event's end date. Failure to submit proofs within this period may result in automatic refund of the full sponsorship payment to the Sponsor.
Accuracy. All package descriptions and benefits must be accurate. Misrepresentation of deliverables may result in account suspension and liability for the refunded amount.
Acceptance / decline. On receiving a paid sponsorship request, you must accept or decline within a reasonable time. Declining triggers an automatic full refund (including the platform fee) to the Sponsor.
Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to sponsorship revenue in your jurisdiction. Liventix does not collect or remit such taxes on your behalf.
9. Campaign Advertising
Operators may purchase ad credits to run in-app promotional campaigns for their events. By running campaigns you agree that:
All campaign creative (images, video, copy) must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with applicable advertising law and Liventix's Community Guidelines.
Ad credits are purchased at 1 credit = $1 USD via PayPal. The current CPM rate is $0.75 per 1,000 impressions; Liventix may adjust this rate with 14 days' notice.
Unused credits are non-transferable between organisations but may be requested for refund subject to the Refund Policy.
Liventix makes no guarantee of a specific number of impressions, clicks, or conversions from any campaign.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app prompt at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of organizer features after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
