These Community Guidelines (the Guidelines
) establish the standards of conduct and content applicable to all users of the Liventix platform (Platform
), including attendees, event organizers, venue managers, sponsors, and any other party accessing the Services provided by RMJ FINTECH LTD, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Liventix (Liventix,
we,
us,
or our
). These Guidelines are incorporated by reference into, and form an integral part of, our Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency between these Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. Violation of these Guidelines may result in remedial action as described in Section 9 hereof, up to and including permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
1. Core Principles
All members of the Liventix community are expected to uphold the following principles in all interactions through or in connection with the Platform:
- Respect and Dignity: Treat all persons — including attendees, Operators, venue staff, sponsors, and Liventix personnel — with dignity, courtesy, and professionalism. Conduct that demeans, threatens, or marginalises individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.
- Safety and Non-Harm: Actively support a safe environment on the Platform and at all in-person events. Do not engage in, facilitate, or encourage conduct that endangers the physical or psychological safety of any person.
- Honesty and Integrity: Act with transparency and good faith. Do not misrepresent your identity, role, qualifications, or the nature of your events, sponsorships, or commercial relationships.
- Inclusivity and Non-Discrimination: Cultivate an environment that is welcoming and accessible to persons of all backgrounds, including without regard to race, colour, national origin, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or socioeconomic status.
- Accountability: Take full responsibility for the content you post, the events you create, and your conduct both on the Platform and at events facilitated through the Platform.
- Legal Compliance: Comply at all times with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.
2. Content Standards
2.1 Encouraged and Compliant Content
- Authentic photographs, videos, and event descriptions that accurately and truthfully represent the event, venue, performers, and experience;
- Honest, fair, and constructive reviews and feedback based on genuine personal experience;
- Substantive discussion and respectful debate that contributes meaningfully to the community;
- Original content that you created or that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post and share; and
- Promotional and sponsored content that is clearly and conspicuously identified as such in compliance with applicable advertising regulations.
2.2 Prohibited Content
You may not post, publish, transmit, distribute, upload, display, or otherwise make available through the Platform any content that:
- Violates Applicable Law: Constitutes, promotes, facilitates, or encourages any activity that is illegal under applicable federal, state, local, or international law, including the solicitation, distribution, or sale of controlled substances, illegal weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen property.
- Hatred and Discrimination: Promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred, hostility, bigotry, or discrimination against any individual or group on the basis of race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, socioeconomic status, or other protected characteristics under applicable law.
- Violence, Threats, and Incitement: Contains credible or implied threats of violence, promotes, glorifies, or incites acts of violence or terrorism against any person or group, or depicts gratuitous graphic violence or gore.
- Sexual Content and Exploitation: Contains explicit sexual material; non-consensual intimate imagery or "revenge pornography"; child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors; or content that constitutes sexual exploitation, solicitation, or trafficking.
- Self-Harm and Suicide: Promotes, glorifies, or provides detailed instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. We do permit content that raises awareness about mental health in a responsible, non-promotional manner.
- Fraud, Deception, and Misrepresentation: Constitutes a scam, phishing attempt, deceptive offer, or fraudulent solicitation; promotes counterfeit, forged, or unauthorised tickets; contains knowingly false or materially misleading statements about events, performers, or organizers; or misrepresents commercial or sponsorship relationships.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringes upon or misappropriates the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party, including unauthorised reproduction of event photographs, music, video content, or branded materials.
- Privacy Violations and Doxxing: Publishes, shares, or exposes personally identifiable information about any individual without their express consent, including home addresses, financial information, government identification numbers, or private communications.
- Spam, Malware, and Platform Abuse: Constitutes repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited mass postings; contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software; constitutes phishing or credential harvesting attempts; or is designed to manipulate platform algorithms, ratings, or review systems.
- Coordinated Inauthentic Behaviour: Involves the use of fake accounts, automated bots, or coordinated networks of users to artificially manipulate engagement metrics, reviews, follower counts, ticket demand, or the distribution of content on the Platform.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Promotes, solicits, or facilitates the secondary resale of tickets at prices exceeding applicable legal limits, or engages in commercial solicitation through the Platform without Liventix's prior written consent.
3. Operator Standards (Event Organizers and Venue Managers)
3.1 Event Organizers
Organizers who use the Platform to list, promote, or ticket events must comply with all requirements of the Terms of Service and, in addition, must:
- Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information in event listings, including event title, description, date and time, location, ticket pricing, capacity limits, age restrictions, and applicable refund policies;
- Communicate promptly and transparently with attendees regarding any changes to event details, including postponements, cancellations, venue changes, or material modifications to the event programme;
- Obtain and maintain in force all permits, licences, insurance, and other regulatory approvals required by applicable law and the relevant venue, including public entertainment licences, liquor licences (where applicable), and adequate liability insurance;
- Implement and enforce all applicable health and safety measures at events, in compliance with applicable law, venue requirements, and any public health directives issued by relevant authorities;
- Clearly disclose and enforce all age restrictions and access requirements at events;
- Process refunds in compliance with their published refund policies and applicable consumer protection law, including any mandatory cooling-off rights;
- Collect and use attendee personal data only in compliance with applicable data protection law and for purposes directly related to the event for which it was collected;
- Not list, promote, or facilitate events that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or content otherwise prohibited under these Guidelines; and
- Maintain a sufficient account balance to meet refund, chargeback, and other financial obligations, and not request payouts that would prevent fulfilment of those obligations.
Financial Integrity Obligations: Organizers represent and warrant that all event listings describe events that will genuinely occur and be delivered as described. Organizers must not list speculative events for the purpose of collecting advance ticket revenue where there is no genuine intention or reasonable capacity to deliver the event. Organizers must cooperate with Liventix and its Payment Processors in the resolution of chargebacks, disputes, and refund requests, and must provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation when responding to dispute proceedings.
3.2 Venue Managers
- Ensure that all venue profile information is accurate, current, and not misleading, including venue name, capacity, address, accessibility features, and operating status;
- Approve or reject organizer tagging and venue association requests in good faith and in accordance with the venue's actual policies;
- Maintain compliance with all applicable planning, building, fire safety, and health and safety regulations in respect of the physical venue; and
- Not approve event listings that the venue knows or reasonably suspects involve illegal activity, fraud, or prohibited content.
4. Attendee Standards
- Comply with all event rules, venue policies, and applicable local laws and regulations at in-person events;
- Treat event staff, performers, volunteers, and other attendees with respect and courtesy, and refrain from engaging in harassment, intimidation, assault, or disruptive behaviour;
- Use tickets only for the purpose for which they were purchased and only at the relevant event; do not reproduce, counterfeit, or transfer tickets in violation of the organizer's or Liventix's terms;
- Provide honest, fair, and factually accurate reviews and feedback based exclusively on genuine personal experience, and do not engage in review manipulation or defamation; and
- Do not initiate chargebacks, disputes, or refund claims in bad faith or for fraudulent purposes.
5. Sponsor and Advertiser Standards
Sponsors, advertisers, and commercial partners accessing the Platform in a commercial capacity must comply with the following requirements:
- All sponsored, promotional, or commercial content must be clearly and conspicuously identified as such, in compliance with applicable advertising regulations including FTC guidelines (and equivalent international standards);
- Sponsored content must be accurate and must not contain misleading, deceptive, or false claims regarding products, services, or events;
- Sponsors must not engage in the collection, use, or processing of Platform user data beyond what is expressly authorised by Liventix and applicable law;
- Influencer and affiliate marketing activities must include appropriate disclosures as required by applicable law and FTC/ASA guidelines; and
- Sponsors must comply with all applicable sector-specific advertising standards, including those applicable to financial products, alcohol, gambling, pharmaceuticals, and regulated industries.
6. Communications and Messaging Standards
- Direct Messaging: Use in-platform messaging features solely for legitimate, relevant communications. Do not send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, harassment, threats, or aggressive solicitation.
- Comments and Reviews: Engage in good faith and constructively. Critique events, experiences, and ideas — not people. Do not engage in personal attacks, pile-on harassment, or targeted campaigns against individuals.
- Automated Messaging: Do not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to send bulk messages or to automate communications through the Platform without Liventix's prior written authorisation.
- Marketing Communications: Operators must only send marketing communications to individuals who have provided valid consent in accordance with applicable law (including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, PECR, and equivalent international legislation). Operators must provide a clear and functional opt-out mechanism in all marketing communications.
7. Reporting and Safety
Liventix relies on the community to help identify content or conduct that violates these Guidelines or the Terms of Service. If you encounter a violation, you are encouraged to:
- Use the in-platform reporting tools where available (including "Report" options on posts, comments, user profiles, and event listings).
- Provide as much relevant detail as possible, including the nature of the alleged violation, relevant identifiers (username, event ID, post ID), and any supporting evidence.
- For imminent or ongoing threats to personal safety, illegal activity, or emergencies, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately, then notify Liventix with available details.
Liventix will review reports on a commercially reasonable basis and may, in its sole discretion, take enforcement action as described in Section 9. Liventix cannot guarantee that every report will result in action, and we are unable to disclose details of our internal review processes or any enforcement actions taken in respect of specific third parties.
8. Intellectual Property and DMCA
You may only post or share content to which you hold all necessary intellectual property rights, licences, and permissions. If you believe that any content made available through the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice containing the following information to legal@liventix.app:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the specific content on the Platform that you believe infringes your rights, and sufficient information to locate it;
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
Counter-notifications may be submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to the same email address. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated in accordance with Liventix's repeat-infringer policy.
9. Enforcement Actions and Remedies
Liventix reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take any one or more of the following enforcement actions where it determines or suspects, acting reasonably, that a violation of these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or applicable law has occurred or is likely to occur:
- Issuance of a formal warning or notice to modify, remove, or retract content;
- Removal or suppression of specific content, including posts, comments, reviews, and event listings;
- Temporary restriction or suspension of specific platform features, including messaging, posting, or event creation;
- Temporary suspension of account access, pending investigation;
- Permanent termination of an account and all associated organisations, in respect of serious, repeated, or egregious violations;
- Withholding, adjustment, or reversal of Operator payouts pending investigation;
- Notification to affected Operators, attendees, or venues where appropriate;
- Referral to applicable law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, or other appropriate authorities in cases involving illegal activity, fraud, CSAM, or serious threats to safety; and
- Pursuit of civil legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages, where Liventix has suffered harm as a result of a violation.
Enforcement decisions are made at Liventix's sole discretion, taking into account the context, severity, history, and potential harm of the violation. The exercise of enforcement rights in one instance does not obligate Liventix to take equivalent action in any other instance, and Liventix's decision not to act in a particular instance does not waive its right to act in other instances. Liventix is not obligated to provide advance notice of enforcement actions where immediate action is required to prevent harm.
10. Appeals Procedure
If you believe that an enforcement action was taken against your content or account in error, you may submit a formal appeal as follows:
- Review these Guidelines and the Terms of Service to assess whether the enforcement action was consistent with our policies.
- Submit a written appeal to appeals@liventix.app, including: (a) your account email address or username; (b) relevant content or event identifiers; (c) a description of the enforcement action taken; (d) a clear and factual explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect or disproportionate; and (e) any supporting evidence.
- We will acknowledge receipt of your appeal and endeavour to review it within a reasonable period, subject to volume and complexity. Appeals involving account termination for serious violations may be subject to longer review periods.
- Our determination on appeal is generally final. We may, however, revisit a prior determination if material new information comes to our attention or if required by applicable law.
11. Age Restrictions and Age-Restricted Events
- The Platform is intended for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
- Organizers must clearly and prominently disclose all applicable age restrictions (e.g., 18+, 21+) in event listings, at checkout, and at the point of physical access to the event;
- Organizers are solely responsible for enforcing age restrictions at their events, including implementation of ID verification processes as required by applicable law or venue policy; and
- Liventix may remove, suspend, or restrict listings for age-restricted events that do not include adequate disclosures or that are reasonably suspected to be accessible to minors without appropriate safeguards.
12. Platform Security and System Integrity
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, test, or exploit any vulnerability in the Platform's systems, infrastructure, or security controls without Liventix's prior written authorisation;
- Do not access, or attempt to access, accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users without authorisation;
- Do not deploy, use, or distribute automated tools, scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers designed to extract Platform data, generate artificial traffic, or circumvent security or access controls;
- Do not engage in any activity intended to disrupt, degrade, or impair the availability or performance of the Platform, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks; and
- If you discover a security vulnerability or potential breach, you are required to report it promptly and in confidence to security@liventix.app. Do not exploit any vulnerability or disclose it publicly before Liventix has had a reasonable opportunity to remediate it.
13. Amendments to These Guidelines
Liventix reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Guidelines at any time. We will update the "Effective Date" and "Last updated" fields at the top of this page and may, for material changes, provide advance notice through in-app notification or email to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Guidelines. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and delete your account.
