Venue verification — what we check
What verification means, what it unlocks, and how long it takes.
Verification is us confirming a real business runs a real space at that address.
What it unlocks
An unverified venue is link-reachable: your page works, you can share it, and you can host your own events there.
A verified venue is discoverable and bookable: it appears in venue search, gets recommended to organizers looking for a space, is submitted to Google — and outside organizers can send you booking requests.
Verification gates both discovery and bookings for the same reason: we won't point strangers at a business nobody has looked at, and we won't let strangers commit dates with one either.
What we check
- The business exists and operates at the address given
- Whoever submitted the listing is connected to it
- The photos are of the space, and the description matches what's there
How long
Every venue is reviewed by a person. There's no automatic approval and no way to speed it up by resubmitting — a second submission just puts you behind your first.
What helps
- Photos that are clearly the space in the listing, not stock or press shots
- A business email on the same domain as your website, if you have one
- A complete profile — half-filled listings get held for follow-up questions
Common questions
How long does verification take?
Every venue is reviewed by a person, so it depends on the queue. If your listing has been pending for more than a few days, email support@liventix.tech and we will look at it directly.
Can I take bookings before I am verified?
Not from outside organizers — booking requests open when your venue is verified. Your page is live and shareable from the moment you submit it, and you can still put your own events on it while you wait.
