List your venue
Get your space listed in a few minutes — verification then opens booking requests.
Listing a venue takes a few minutes and doesn't cost anything.
Getting listed
- Go to List your venue.
- Search for your space by name and address — most venues are already in the map data, so this fills in the basics for you.
- Confirm the details and submit.
That's deliberately all the quick flow asks for. Your page goes live as soon as it's submitted, so you can share the link immediately — photos, capacity, description, and contact info are added afterwards from Manage venue. Public discovery and booking requests from outside organizers wait on verification — see Venue verification.
What to put on the page
Once you're listed, open Manage venue and fill the page out. Organizers are deciding whether to even ask — answer their questions before they have to send a message:
- Capacity — standing and seated, if they differ. This is the first filter every organizer applies.
- Photos — the room empty and the room full. Empty shows them the space; full shows them what it becomes.
- What's included — sound, lighting, bar, tables, parking. Anything they'd otherwise have to hire.
- What isn't — the restrictions worth surfacing early. A hard 11pm curfew is better said now than at contract time.
Your venue link
Every venue gets a shareable page you can put on your own site or in your Instagram bio. You can also embed your venue's upcoming events and photos directly on your own website — see the note at the end of Handle booking requests.
