Venue Pro: plan, billing & cancelling
What Venue Pro adds, how the PayPal subscription renews, and how to cancel it.
Every venue can list, take booking requests, and publish offers for free. Venue Pro raises the limits for busier venues.
Free and Pro
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Listing, booking terms, requests, offers, social kit, embed | Yes | Yes |
| Yield generations per month | 3 | 40 |
| Teammates | 3 | 10 |
| Separately priced spaces | 1 | 20 |
Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year, billed through PayPal. The plan covers Liventix software only — rental fees and deals between you and organizers are still settled directly between you.
Upgrading
- Open Manage venue → Plan & settings. Only a venue owner can change billing.
- Choose monthly or yearly and continue to PayPal.
- Approve the subscription in PayPal. The first payment is taken when you approve, and Pro switches on once PayPal confirms it.
Upgrading happens on the website; the apps don't sell subscriptions.
Renewal and cancelling
Your subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. To cancel, open Plan & settings and choose Cancel renewal, or cancel the automatic payment in PayPal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the venue goes back to the Free limits — your listing, offers, and data stay as they are.
Payments aren't refunded for partial periods.
If a payment fails
If a renewal doesn't go through, Pro can stay on for a short grace period while you fix the payment in PayPal. If it isn't fixed, Pro pauses until it is. If a payment is refunded or disputed, Pro is put on hold while we review it.
The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
Common questions
Can I get a refund if I cancel partway through?
No. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, but payments are not refunded for partial periods. If you were charged in error, email support@liventix.tech.
Can I upgrade in the iPhone or Android app?
Not yet. Start the upgrade from liventix.tech in a browser; once it is active, Pro works everywhere you use Liventix.
