Manage your guest list

See who is coming, read the headcount right, and handle capacity and no-shows.

Your guest list is the live picture of who's coming.

What you see

For each guest: their name, their photo, and when they RSVP'd. The headcount at the top is the number of guests who've confirmed — that's the number to plan food and space against.

Maybes

Some gatherings let guests answer Maybe or Can't go without taking a spot. Treat the Maybe count as a soft no when you're ordering supplies and a soft yes when you're worrying about space. A nudge a couple of days out converts a good share of it — Maybes are the guests most responsive to being asked directly.

Capacity and the waitlist

When you hit capacity, further guests are offered the waitlist instead of a dead end. You can see the list — names and emails, in the order people joined — so when someone drops out or you decide to make room, you know exactly who to let in first: reach out to them and point them back at the event.

After the event

Check-in data turns the guest list into an attendance list — who actually came versus who said they would. That gap is the most useful number you'll get from your first few events, and it's what makes your next headcount realistic.
