Create an account & sign in
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Accounts created with a password still use it.
Signing in takes about twenty seconds — for most accounts it's a one-time code by email, with no password involved.
How it works
- Tap Sign in and enter your email address.
- We send you a one-time code.
- Enter the code. That's it — you're in.
The same flow covers signing up and signing in. If we've never seen your email before, we create your account; if we have, we sign you into it. You never have to remember which one you did last time.
If you're asked for a password
Accounts created before the code flow have a password, and the sign-in screen will ask for it. If you've forgotten it, use the reset link on that screen — or sign in by code if the option is offered.
Staying signed in
You'll stay signed in on that device until you sign out. On a shared or public computer, sign out when you're finished.
Changing your email
Your email is your sign-in, so changing it changes how you log in. There's no self-serve change yet — email support@liventix.tech from your current address and we'll move it. Your tickets, follows, and posts all move with you.
Common questions
Why a code instead of a password?
One-time codes remove the most common way accounts get broken into — reused or leaked passwords. There is nothing to steal, and nothing for you to reset. (Some older accounts were created with a password; if yours was, you may be asked for it when you sign in.)
Can I sign in with a phone number?
Not currently. Sign-in is by email code.
The code never arrived. What now?
Check your spam folder first — the code comes from an @liventix.tech address. Codes expire after a few minutes, so if it has been a while, request a fresh one. If nothing arrives, email support@liventix.tech.
