SMS Terms & Opt-In

How Liventix text messaging works · Last updated: July 23, 2026

RMJ FINTECH LTD, doing business as Liventix (Liventix, we, us, or our), operates an event discovery and ticketing platform. This page describes our SMS (text message) program, the messages we send, how you consent to receive them, and how to stop them. By providing your mobile phone number and continuing as described below, you agree to the terms on this page.

1. Program description & message types

Liventix sends the following categories of text messages to mobile numbers you provide:

Event updates (informational): reminders and important updates for events you are attending — for example, a reminder the day before an event, or a change to an event — sent by text only if you have added a mobile number and opted in. Otherwise these reminders are sent by email.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program, and we do not send you texts about events you have not chosen to attend.

2. How you opt in (consent)

You opt in to receive text messages from Liventix when you:

open Settings → Text messages from Liventix, enter your mobile number, and tick the consent checkbox. The box is unchecked by default and you must tick it yourself — we never pre-select it.

Directly beside that checkbox, we display this consent notice:

“By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Liventix (event reminders and updates) at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”

Your consent to receive text messages is a standalone agreement. It is separate from, and is not a condition of, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, creating an account, or making any purchase. Providing a mobile number is optional — you can also use email to receive account codes and event updates.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies — a small number of reminder and update messages per event you choose to attend. If you attend no events, you receive no text messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Liventix does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.

5. How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending text messages to that number. Event reminders continue to be delivered by email.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of Liventix’s control.

7. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our handling of your personal information, including your mobile number, is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
